Leave Only Time Capsules
How do I even leave a time capsule? It said it unlocked the recipe but I don't see it.

it is in the rocket and it is left on the planet as you take off.

Never seen a Blueprint message for the Time Capsule after scanning one. Did get a message for a new Database entry however that describes the Time Capsule itself. Which was separate of the entry you get when you pick it up and open one for the message inside.

Is the achievement for this still broken? It didn't pop.

Had to change to experimental and redo the ending.

Yeah, neither the time capsule nor the launch achievements pop at the moment.
