how to fill the Oxygen tank?
I made an oxygen tank, but it is empty. I have no way to equip it or fill it? What am I doing wrong?

put it in your ui slot?

Yes, just equip the tanks in your inventory by just clicking on the empty tank. You must surface or be in a room/vehicle that provide air. You can click and drag it to your tank slot and it will equip or swap it out if you have two or more tanks.
