When I first tried Subnautica in VR I was a little worried that because it plays underwater, and you're not restricted to just walking forwards/backwards/left/right, but you can go in all directions, it'd be really disorientating and that it would make me - no pun intended - seasick, but that was not the case at all.
Just be ready to experience some serious scares though. I definitely screamed a couple of times.
So overall I recommend it, just make sure you know the controls and have them mapped well so you're not trying to constantly turn your head/body.
