1) Look for any vents
2) Look for a hole in the outer hull
3) Look for any open ladder access
And I already looked in detail for any small hole or entry other than the one I already used.
In fact, there are twp of them, but they lead to the same rooms, from opposite each other.
I was pretty sure I got to all the databoxes. Can't remember exactly, just keep going back it's so easy to miss something.
Thanks for answering guys!
I've explored every wreck in-game so I should be able to figure out how to get into the room you're talking about.

If the databox is the one I'm thinking of, it's probably through a hole in the roof - rocks have punched a hole through the top.

This is the one with a laser-cuttable door on the side, correct?

If it's not, there's only one other wreck I can think of that's a lot smaller and surrounded by Reapers too, but it's not near the edge of the mushroom forest.

1) From the obvious entrance (facing the lava geyser) - Go straight ahead, then down through the openable door, and cut through the sealed door behind it. This room has a sparking electric cable, and the door that looks like it can be opened but is blocked that sounds like what you described.
2) From the same obvious entrance facing the lava geyser, there's a vent entrance directly to your left. (Use a Pathfinder tool to light your way and not get lost). At the end of it, there's a large room with two sparking wires, and the main landmark is an Interior Growbed. I don't have a databox in my current playthrough here, but it doesn't sound like you've found this room since you didn't mention a growbed and there are no 'openable'-looking doors here.
There are some large bay doors (Cargo Bay 04) here facing the sea floor that you can swim out of as well, but the area only has a supply crate at most. The vent should be the only way in/out.
I explored all you described, and found 2 data boxes, one outside, another inside. But exploring with a drone, a third box appears to be lying at the bottom of the wreck. that's why I'd like to open the "openable" door. But it looks impossible and I didn't find any entrance to the bottom. maybe it's a bug or false information given by the scanner.
There are at least 2 doorways/hull breaches that open up into the spaces under the wreck, and there may be more. I'll check my other saves to see if I have one where a databox spawned below and get back to you.
Go to the room with the sealed door that you can cut open, but don't go in through that way. There's another open door that leads you to the seabed instead.

Go out through that way, and immediately look to the East-Southeast. You SHOULD be able to swim through the debris to reach the area under the 'false' openable door.

The pathfinder disk in the screenshot marks where you would be if you'd gone through the 'door'. See if you can find the databox there?
@DeFragged, you are great and so kind
Thanks a lot for your time passed helping me find the way! I'm really grateful.
I whish all players could be so helpful!
Thanks again and have (a) good game(s)
Hahaha you're welcome! Honestly this intrigued me as well - I've never thought to look there for databoxes and I've never scanned for databoxes. Do you remember what blueprint it was?
Yes - Databoxes with a specific blueprint have a chance to spawn at one of only 2 or 3 locations at most - they're very specific.
I have also discovered with some testing that if you already have a blueprint AND you haven't visited a chunk where a databox with the same blueprint exists (a.k.a spawned the databox by passing through the area), the databox will not spawn when you finally visit the location. It's rare but it happens.
