Thermal Plant: Where are the fragments hiding ??

Title, having trouble finding the fragments and google is being mean :/

I find them commonly near Wrecks within the red grassy platue region. I believe you can also find them in Mushroom forest?

Do you have a direction for the red grassy platue region ? there are 4 red gras areas according to the wiki and my base atm is right next to a grassy area but no luck there :/

I was mistakenly thinking of a different item, sorry. Not the red grassy area.

Go to the Degasi base in the cave (first Degasi waypoint in the story line after discovering the floating island) there are usually fragments around that.

Find more in the following areas.

Okay so i spent the last hour trying every location mentioned on the wiki and haven't found anything...

this wreck in grand reef has some, scattered around the outside, its just south of the southern most safe shallows area, in the northern most part of the grand reef

Do you have the beacon for Lifepod 19 yet ? Thats Lt. Keens lifepod near the edge of the Blood Kelp zone. Theres a cluster of wrecks not far above his lifepod that have thermal plant fragments all over the seafloor. Depth is around 200m for the wrecks.

Checked both those locations, inside wrecks and around multiple times now, i only found nuclear reactor fragments but no thermal plant fragments... might just check for cheats to get it soon...

If you have scanner room discovered, build a scanner room and have it search for fragments. It helps immensely. you can move it (decondstruct) when you are done with an area.

Just remember to remove the scaner room upgrades from inside it before you deconstruct. Don't make the same mistake I did. /facepalm
