Modification Station

Hello, I have a rather big problem, I cannot find the Modification Station anywhere in the game,
I've looked at the degasi proposed habitat in the jellyshroom caves, ive looked everywhere in the grand reef and mushroom forrest.

I have the cyclops submarine and the prawn unlocked, but cannot find the blueprints for the mod station anywhere in the game!

Ive read somewhere in to forum a player found out it was a bug, and deleted his save, (turns out it is supposed to be in the degasi ruins jellyshroom cave) is this true? I don't really feel like deleting 20 hours of work.

Where oh where can I get the station from? do I need to use the commmand console? which I really prefer not to, or are there other places for me to explore for the mod station?

That's weird, I found it at different places like wrecks etc. That's also what the wiki says. Make sure you check out all the wrecks.

Wrecks are definitely the way to go, like he said. I've found like 3-4 fragments in a single wreck before.

I've been finding mine all in the grassy plateau. You may be going too deep.

Ive checked a LOT of wrecks...but no luck so far...Im gonna try exploring grassy plateu a little more, hopefully ill find something...

I always find about half a dozen fragments for it in the mushroom forest. Some of those are the smaller pieces that hide in the grass really well. Its a pretty big area but I seem to have the best luck finding them closer to the alien vent or aling the bottom of the cliff that leads to the Aurora. Go slowly through the area and maybe try using a flashlight. The different light angle from a flashlight or flare can make them more obvious sometimes.

You can also check the larger wreck near lifepod 6 but RNG sometimes flips those to battery charger frags instead

Thanks, ill check that out tomorrow, although i;ve already been walking the mushroom forrest with the PRAWN...you can only imagine how long that took me, and ive found so far only cyclops fragments...though there are 2 mushroom zones, ill check em out better next time

I literally found the modification station in a wreck earlier today. The wreck even had the vehicle upgrade station too! I was looking for both and hit the jackpot.

I see, every time I read something like this, it kind of scares me, im thinking that it may be a bug in my case and he station wont show up...

Im saying this because...ive been in a LOT of wrecks and so far i found only duplicates of tech i already unlocked, its really disgruntling.

Im hoping this time around when I search the forrest maybe it ll show up, ill even build a scanner room and scan for wrecks, then ill search around the "koosh" zone, which is the only place i havent explored yet thoroughly.

Another reason for my worry that i wont ever find the station...is that ive already unlocke a lot.of stuff as well as every vehicle, only thing locked for me is the nuclear reactor..and every upgrade which is made through the mod station..

Mushroom forest did it for me. Found a couple elsewhere, the first two frags I found in the mushroom forest were mod station frags.

I recommend agasinst using the prawn for that biome, use the seamoth instead because the prawn is just...so hard and slow to manuever.

Same here, I feel like I've been progressing WAY ahead and still no modification station (i see things that need resources for those crafts are basic tier level).

Also no battery charger blueprint, I have like 30 empty batteries in my storages.

I am getting 100 glider and seamoth fragments tho, can build a titanium space elevator and gtfo this planet lol.

Modification station or vehicle upgrade bay?
I found the mod station pretty early, only had issues with the vehicle upgrades.
At the end I got coods from the internet and found it at -810.1 -208.9 -686 in a datapad.
Maybe it helps.

I found all the frags in the red grass biome (can;t be bothered to spell check) before I even built my base.

You just need to find the fragments. It is bad luck if you are 100 days in and still nothing because i had every blueprint unlocked on day 40.

I hunted 2 mod station fragments in mushroom forest today but it's quite rare, found tons of moonpool fragments, and cyclop fragments there too.
