Sandstone has Gold, Silver, and Lead
Shale has Diamond, Lithium, and Gold

Look for them on walls, they tend to be more round'ish than limestone and usually have a darker color
In the safe shallows mostly in caves. In other biomes it can be found anywhere, although in kelp forest it's also mostly in caves. It looks similar to limestone, but a little darker and more smooth/roundish.
