Disable/Hide HUD in VR?

Very new to the game, looked but didn't find this - how do I fully hide/disable the HUD while in VR? The game is rather beautiful so I'd like to disable the HUD at times so I can just swim around and enjoy the view. I don't see this in options, what am I missing?

I've seen other threads on changing the FOV but nothing on how to hide/disable it.
