Prawn Suit Upgrades - Where to make?

I've completed the blueprints and have all the materials, but cannot for the life of me figure out where you make prawn suit upgrades.

Finally have the drill arm to make but cannot make it!!

Build a moonbase and then the vehicle upgrade console. You'll be able to craft the mods for your Prawn Suit and Seamoth there.

Thanks. Don't seem to have the upgrade console BP. Any hint to where I can grab it?

Supposedly in the grassy plateaus and mushroom forest wrecks. I got mine in the wreck in mushroom forest.

Thanks all. Think I just picked it up, was inside a wreck near the coral trees and a ton of lithium.
