The "Back Door" into the Aurora is actually below the one you normally use to enter the Aurora from the destroyed bow, it's just filled with P. Cannon movable debris that you can't move without the Cannon, and since you normally get the first blueprint (or blueprint part) for it when you go in the normal way it's meant to be a sign you'll need it within.
But both paths meets up at the bottom of the short cargo elevator, with the bloodsuckers in the water beneath it. That's where the door I can't get through is.
