Achievements and console using
Does anyone know for sure if using the console does disable getting achievements?
And if so, what about just pressing F3 for other options?

It 100% does disable the achievements. I tested it for example with 'restoreship' and 'explodeship' for the radiation leak achievement. You won't get it using those commands.

Last night on launch I used cheats to "make" the ending, and I got the achievements for it
Difficult to get a straight answer cause it seems a lot of the achivements are bugged.

Once you use the console they get disabled.
You have to save, close the game and restart it to get them again.

Even then it doesn't work. Used cheats to get my Seamoth unstuck (was in a wall), saved, restarted, built my Cyclops, didn't get the achievement.
Took the previous save (had made a backup), built the Cyclops, got the achievement.

So no, if you use cheats, achievements are disabled forever. That or the achievements are buggy as hell.

I'd lean more toward the latter, since I've had to use cheats to get around glitches (seamoth knocked through the terrain by a crabsnake, when I somehow glitched through a wall in the Aurora, just to name a couple occasions) and any achievements I earned in the rest of that game session got unlocked on the next run of the game. So far, anyway...

i got glitched into the ceiling of the ship and "warp" didn't disable them

They aren't disabled forever if you used console commands in your game. All you have to do is hit F3 and the F8. Check the box to disable the console commands. Save, quit, then renter your game. You can now get achievements again. I used this method to get them myself.

So long as you start the game with the commands disabled and you keep them disabled until you get the achievement you are trying for they will unlock. Only expection are the last two for leaving the planet. Those aren't availible yet for some reason.

I used the `item` command to spawn a melon when I accidentally ate my last one instead of harvesting it (clicked wrong button with knife out). I saved, first (and made a backup), then I saved after. I reloaded and I was able to then get the deep grand reef Degasi seabase achievement.

It seems they disable achievements for the session rather than poisoning your save file; though I haven't done extensive testing.

I have confirmed that your technique works
I spawned in a ion battery to test this to get an achievement
The Fourteen Thousand leagues
And then I went to the research facility to get the achievement, it didn't work
saved and restarted the game
and boom got the achivement
