How do you mark your base ?

I put a beacon outside the base that I built but a monster keeps taking it away. Is there something I can build inside that will make my base show up in my HUD?

No, I think there is no way to rename the cameras.

LMAO...I did the scanning room, went to look through my camra, and it gave me a view of it swimming away...TAKEN by a stalker,lol.

I've never detached them from the room. I usually just explore the area around my base myself. Even when I build just a scanner room in an area to find resources I never detach the cameras.

I never did either because I didn't know how. The filthy animals actually took them out of the camra sockets.
