The battery charger fragment is at the Grassy Plateaus wreck

I'm pretty sure fragments spawn is randomized.

Both within zones and between zones.

They are sudo-random. The fragments spawn in specific Biomes. Within those Biome it CAN vary in locaton.

I am now playing since hours and cant find it! Its like the last time I tried to play without cheats! hour for hour for hour and you are at the beginning, just because you cant find the crucial blueprint for charging batteries! I dont understand, why its not in from beginning! without you cant do anything big! I am sick of being all the time so extremly slow! I am thinking of cheating again, so the game can be fun again! Its really like last time! And this is really a gamebreaker in my eyes!

Sounds to me like you are just bad at effective searching.

Maybe try a different approach? Look in wrecks you have not looked before? Use beacons to keep track of where you have been?

If you first don't succeed... keep trying. The parts for the Battery Charger are there. Just keep looking.

I searched whole grassy plateus and nope! 100 times seaglide, seamoth, bioreactor and others but no Battery charger! Is there another location may be? I really begin to despair! One more hour and I just cheat that stupid thing!

I found both my battery charger and powercell charger in the big wreck near Lifepod 17 (?), the one who is at 100m depth and the big wreck that crashed onto the big mushroom tree. For both you need the laser cutter first.

And after a couple of playthroughs i'm pretty sure it's randomized indeed. But still i find fragments basicly everywhere i go.

I think I know, where it is, but I had no radiation suit and was not able to get there! Now I have one but cant find the location again! Really Now I am going on 7-8 hours and am at the start!

I spent four hours looking for Moonpool fragments. Finally managed to get them after a rather hair raising adventure to the Reef (pushing the limits of my unmodified Seamoth's crush depth), only to find out there were two fragments a minute or so's easy seaglide ride away from my base while cobbling together the resources to build it. Best bit of course is that almost every wreck I've visited since has had at least one Moonpool fragment.

I reckon the Boomerang fish move them around deliberately as revenge for their friends I accidentally ran over in the Seamoth.

I did not got it because I did not knew, I had to get the green plant for building fiber mesh! I play 7-8 hours so far!
