Many people think that Reapers can one-hit, but that is not the case. If you’re above 80% health, the Reaper will just bite you and deal 80% damage. If you’re less than or equal to 80%, though, they’ll do the grab and finish you that way. It’s an execution animation. Again, only when you’re outside a vehicle.
This is why I still feel we should be able to place a medical kit on our hotbar.
