Recharging scanner
How do I recharge the scanner? Built that wall charger thing only it won't accept devices, only batteries. Is there a battery in the charger? Should, but cannot find it.
It is cheap enough, maybe I'll just build me another..

It has a battery like the other tools. Eject it and put the battery in the charger or make a new battery. Make sure it's a battery charger and not a power cell charger. Default eject button should be R, I think.

I understand the confusion. The scanner is the one tool that does not display the remaining battery life.

Yeah, that's kind of annoying. I just mouse over everything in the inventory screen to check battery levels
