Vehicle upgrade console location?
New to the game and love it! Except I cannot for the life of me find the vehicle upgrade console. Checked all the places suggested on youtube, I even spent 5hrs on creative trying to find the location. If anyone could point me in the right direction, thank you. I feel I'm stuck because I cant take my seamoth below 200meters.

Found!! Outside the wrecks just north of life pod #19 in data box.

Also the blueprint is in the western mushroom forest in the wreck, which is found up in the trees.

I believe this is now outdated. Just checked the location north of life pod 19 and the data box does not unlock it.
