Has anyone been able to get any of the 17 Subnautica Achievements? Ive looked at the list and am certain i have gotten at least half, but have not achieved any.

i think they can only be unlocked on expermintal at the moment

Yes there only in experimental right now, should go live either in the next stable update or at launch in a few weeks.

And if you are on Experimental, it seems activating console commands disables them. I got the first few, but had to warp out of the Aurora because I got stuck in a wall and didn't want to wait to starve to death. I haven't gotten one since, even after completing said acheivements.

Hopefully any of the issue will go away with the full update next time. Including the fact that experimental is the only way to get the current achievements, and that console commands are somehow seen as the highest of all sins. *rolls eyes* I wouldn't worry too much about it right now.

The devs have a curious sense of humor. Playing the experimetal branch of an ea game means that using the console is inevitable at some point.

I think the current “use of console commands will deactivate achievements” is a good indication that console commands are going to be sticking around past 1.0. (I may be wrong).

So I can understand Devs implementing this rule. It’s fair for everyone. If you need to use commands you can but remember that’s not how Devs intend for you to play so you won’t be rewarded.

If you can manage the game without them you get rewarded.

I personally was hoping to see console commands removed for at least the survival/hardcore modes of the game but if not this is a fair trade off.

I've gotten 15 of them and they are almost all story based

Getting your feet wet - Dive for the very first time
Ancient Technologies - Find the Enforcement Platform
Thermal Activity - Find the Thermal Plant
Follor the Lost River - Find the Disease Research Facility
Fourteen Thousand Leagues Under the Sea - Find the Primary Containment Facility
Optimal Health - Cure the infection
Seaside Living with an Ocean View - Find the Degasi habitat on the floating island
Follow the Degasi - Find the Degasi habitat in the jellyshroom caves
Seamonsters - Find the Degasi habitat in the deep grand reef
Settling in for the Long Haul - build a habitat
"Man's Best Friend" - Find and hatch a cuddlefish egg
40-Foot Sub For One - Build a Cyclops
Extinction Event Avoided -- Repair the Aurora Reactor
Personal Propulsion -- Build a Seamoth
Ordered the Prawn -- Build a PRAWN Suit

The Last one is going to be building the rocket, and will be achievable upon full release on the 23rd

you CANNOT USE CHEATS or you will not get the achievements but if you relaunch the game it should be fine

15 of the 17 achievements can currently be unlocked -- All of the ones in the post above, as well as:

Extinction Event Avoided -- Repair the Aurora Reactor
Personal Propulsion -- Build a Seamoth
Ordered the Prawn -- Build a PRAWN Suit

Those two building achievements were just made available, so if you built either a PRAWN suit or Seamoth beforehand, you'll need to build another to get the achievement. The remaining two achievements are related to the rocket, which will be constructable on the 23rd when the full version is released.

you cannot use spawn cheats, it will disable achievements. But if you reload the world you will be able to unlock them again.
