I don't know where to redeem it. I go to options in the menu and in my actual game and it doesn't show up. I'm playing it on the Epic Games launcher because it was free.

It only ever worked on the steam version. Even there, it was a time-sensitive code and new activations haven't worked for a very long time.

Epic version doesn't even have a "Redeem code" option, because it was a promotion using Steam's system for that kind of thing, which Epic does not have.

It wasn't limited "time" it was limited quantity. And more were added earlier this year, so it may still be available. But it is a Steam Inventory item, so it's not on the epic version.

I'm really desperate as I need the power of both mark and jack to get me to the end of the game (I got a new computer last year so all my data reset and everything. I also started playing subnautica again recently, so I'm not at the end of the game)

If the key doesn't work anymore you are sol. Unless they go and replenish the stock again like they did last year.

there are mods for this issue. i use a mod that unlocks ALL special code unlockables, this includes stuff i didnt even know was in the game like eatmydictions stuffed cat, and a few others too.

I think you can but I dont know if they upped the amount available again...
When I got mine on PC I had to try several times but then it worked...
Maybe you have to wait until the devs give out more keys for septic. Good Luck!

there was only one master key, but i dont know if it still works. i believe the decorations mod should put it in the game?
