Spore sack locations?

Where can you find spore sacks for aerogel? Wiki says safe shallows and searching the forums say it's not in game and has to be console spawned but on the stable version how do you do that?

Not sure if its what you're looking for, but you get mushrrom spores by cutting acid mushrooms with a knife

I found the spore sacks in a crack where the safe shallows run up to the crash site.

Engine closest to you there is a canyon/crevice there should definitely be some down there it's like 30ft too but whatch out for reaper leviathan

I also found some Spore Sacks on the giant mushroom spire in Mushroom Forest, near the bottom. If you right-click with a knife, you get spores you can plant in an exterior bed.

There's another spot somewhere in one of the Red Plateaus where a hole in the ground leads to a cave with a single Glowing Shroom. The walls all around that cave has some Spore Sacks.

The only spore sack in the entire game I found so far was in that Single Shroom cave. Luckily I planted & farmed it, so I've got some.

For anyone else who is interested, the batch # for that crevice by the Aurora is 450 -36 -138

Just turn on the console, type Vatch" and then that number, and you will be there.

They really should make those slightly more plentiful. I was shocked how hard they were to find. I don't remember having that difficulty in making a PRAWN suit prior to this latest update. Is this a new thing? Or did I just accidentally somehow have an easier time previously?

Aero gel is new to the build for PAWN.
Aslo only found 2 whole game in the mushroom area.

Yeah, but I've built several Prawn suits. I guess I just forgot what a bear getting aerosol ended up being, other than this last time. I mean, it's not hard to get once you know where the spores are, but finding them is not easy.

All you need is one spore, then it's just a little time while you farm them.
