Lifepod Tracking Data and the signal for Lifepod 12

I just did a complete search through the Aurora and managed to find as much as I could. I then checked the wiki today to see if I had gotten everything. It appears I did, but I apparently still do not have the signal for Lifepod 12 or the data download for "Lifepod Tracking Data."

The first time I went through the Aurora I went through the door on the first platform at the front and that brought me to the laboratory. At the back of the laboratory there is that room you need the lasercutter in order to open. Beyond that there is an alcove with a data console where apparently you can download data and I am assuming this was where you are supposed to download the Lifepod Tracking Data, though when I click on it nothing happens.

Now, I did download data from several data consoles during my first run and I think I may have downloaded data from this console, but if so then I must have the data download and the signal for Lifepod 12, and I do not have it. I did have my compass equipped and I did pick up that other signal, and my inventory may have been full at that time, so maybe the game did not allow me to pick up the Lifepod 12 signal, but why don't I have the data download in my PDA?

Is there any way to fix this? Or maybe I was clicking on the wrong data console? I don't know. Any advice would be appreciated.

This one I think gives you that message where it says yout PDA data has been de-corrupted, or something like that.

Both of those consoles can no longer be used, meaning I must have gotten something from both of them.

We have access to the signals Lifepod 3, 4, 6, 7, 13, 17.
We do not have access to the signals Lifepod 2, 12.
It's not error. Unrealized.

So you mean it is technically not in the game yet?
