What's Sea Emperor Leviathan contact trigger?

I have already passed Disease Research Facility,
and self scan show some green stuff grow out my hand.
After some base building and stuff. still no contact.

After some search, 2nd contact suppose to happen after the Disease Research Facility self scan.

Dose any one know what exactly is the trigger for Sea Emperor to contact me?

You're not quite there yet.

The Sea Emperor is in the Primary Containment Facility, not in the Disease Research one.

I think the first trigger is after about 20 minutes after first visiting the gun, and then you get more as you progress toward to PCF then you get one when your near it.
