How to remove/pick up the underwater storage box?
I have a couple of empty storage boxes float around my base entrance and I would like to get rid of them but I have no clue how to pick them up.

Any ideas on that?

As far as I know, you need free space of 4x4 (if I'm right) in inventory to pick them up!

Yeah I know but there is no option to pick it up :(

You can destroy them with knife.
