What creatures attack bases?

We all know reapers and ghost cuddle up to bases, but what else attacks them? Since I cannot build near thermals I am debating building in the ILZ or LR, but I do not know what to expect. I have had sand sharks get stuck on base parts and do damage, but I am not sure if it was a normal attack or just because it was stuck. I don't want to play the "repair your base every five minutes" game.

Maybe they are going to reimplement the Rock Puncher as a Base Puncher.

Well in Lost River there are places with no aggresive fauna to build a base absolutely save, nut sure about the Lava zones... Maybe in one of the corridors, but i'm not sure if lava Larves also target bases and drain your power, and if lava lizzards could become a problem. But i asume you cured carar so warpers that guard the corridors should not be an inconveniance.

and the seadragon leviathan if she sees u in ur base can shoot fireballs at it. and cause hull breaches my last base in the alz/ilz did that

At the beginning of the game they won't attack you either up to a specific stage of the infection. Not sure witch state exactly, but if you hurry to some warper infested biomes a the beginning you might have it a little easyer.

Tiger plants will not attack your base directly but if one of their projectiles hits it your base can get damaged. Atleast it could the last time I checked.
