Can't place Locker

When I try to place the Locker (not the Wall Locker the advanced one) on a wall of my seabase or moonpool it won't go. I can put it in the middle of a room but not on a wall. Why is that?

It doesn't go on walls, it sits on the ground. Just put it a little closer to yourself and aim toward the ground.

They may also be running into the infamous collission problems objects have. Here is an example of how one of my hallway tubes has to look if I want to put lockers simply in a row up against walls.

Because there are perplexing "Not allowed to place" zones, often with no symmetry regarding the actual structure of rooms or hallways.

Before anyone goes "It's because it's on the ladder vent plate, duh!" I could place it just fine so long as I moved it a few inches to either side, still fully over the vent plate.

On the bright side, ladders are great for saving space rather than preventing placment!
