iirc, the blueprints for a certain endgame construction are to be locked behind it, and that certain construction hasn't been developed yet. I'm not sure if it's in experimental, but it should hopefully be in the next major story update.

the bday code i thought was 1806. But i thought it was 1836 due to it being the captains room and the doom 3 reference blah blah. they use the same sound effects for equipping tools and some of the doom guns. like i siad obscure reference.

But now i know the door is locked for a reason (game developement).

But Yu isn't the Captain. So that rooms is not his.

The door is locked because there's no visible code in game yet. Only way to open it is with console commands.

2679 is not working in my game. I have nothing left to do but get in there for the blueprints.

As I understand it from what been said in this thread, the experimental (unstable) build has it. So it is the matter of waiting for the next stable patch.
