hide scuba mask
when underwater is there an option to not have the scuba mask ? really annoying to have the mask that takes up a lot of screen estate. the earlier buids about a year back did not have it. should be an option to turn it off.

It takes up a lot of space?

Increase the FOV to 70 by typing "fov 70" into the console and the scuba mask should momentarily get bigger and then disappear after a second or so, leaving the edge of the screen clear.

Press F6 (if memory serves me) to toggle the underwater goggles and other hud on/off. Might need to hit it a few times.

This is odd because I don't recall ever seeing the goggle rim on my screen.

Like Emikol said, there was a way to disable them but they been there for as long as I can remember. One of the biggest things I honestly enjoyed about the game when I firsted started playing, silly I know. If you're above water, on land, or inside your base/subs it goes away but under water its there.

i found that the resolution was set incorrectly, when set correct the scuba mask does not appear to cover most of the screen. the f6 works great too.
