Help lag alot now ? is my graphics card enough?

Subnautica work fine for the first couple of days updated my drivers stuff like that but latly its been too laggy not sure if i should start a new game preety sure i picked stable. ( my cpu seems be taken alot and i have an extra laptop cooling fan) but im worried if its my graphic card heres my sytsem info from msi afterburner

the GPU is fine but the CPU is a bit lacking. It's only an entry level CPU for laptops

I have a 3.7Ghz i7 quad with 16Gb ram and a 1070 GTX and this game still lags constantly when loading terrain. It's going to be hard to say what the functional minimum spec will be until they figure out how to properly optimize everything. (I'm intentionally avoiding starting a debate of nVidia vs. Radeon & Intel vs. AMD)

thank you for the info i was debating on if i should reboot my computer to factory settings and just upload some stuff to the cloud but urg wouldnt want to lose my save

You really need to look stuff up before you just say OK. The GPU scores far less than the INtel HD4600 which is the minimum spec for the game. Therefor, the GPU is not sufficient. The HD4600 is 136% faster than the HD6480G.

OP, you're going to lag no matter what you do. The GPU scores half the minimum required hardware for the game, as does the CPU.

Go into you save game files for subnautica, then go into SNAppData folder, afterwards go to SavedGames, from the pick the save slot that you are using, and last scroll down to batch-objects-14-18-15 and delete that file. That will remove most lag from the game. if if continues it just your cpu lagging yor game.

Basically the only files you really want to be concerned with are the files in your CellsCache folder. And just delete all of those files because not everyone has a 14-18-15 batch file. Some other batch files can also cause issues, apparently, and you have no way of knowing which ones they are unless you use some 3rd party software.
