This is just a little inconvinient thing that we have on our hands.
Silver is like twice more important and useful than Gold is. Also - gold is a much rarer resource realistically speaking as far as i'm concerned.
Yet sandstones seems to have 60-70% chance to drop gold and 40-30% to drop silver. Which is just annoying.
My game is literally stocked up on gold, yet silver is a resource that i just have no rights to pass by because its the most important thing for building electronics.
But to be COMPLETELY honest, I prefer to have gold deduced from the Sandstone entirely because yea, as pointed out before there are already two more deposit's where you can it them from.
Sandstone is probably the rarest deposit and also it only spawns near damn kelp forests making it the only natural non-organic resource that you can't find anywhere else.
Which sucks.
I still not 100% how that thing works and if the drones do anything useful at all but oh boy does it suck without the upgrades.
Also stalkers are trying to eat those robots which compromises the operations

I don't even know why i have compass on me at all times... I don't even look at it...
How so? All you'd need to do is add Gold to blueprints that didn't need it before.
And to be honest i can't think of any right now...
That line of reasoning would require the other recipes actually making sense. Which they kind of don't. You could easily add gold to any electronics blueprint.
