Lifepod 13
I got the coordinates for Lifepod 13 but when I get there, nothing is there. It's directly over the mushroom forest. I looked all around the mushrooms for wreckage or any sign of the lifepod but haven't seen anything. Anyone know what's going on? I'm playing on the live build, not experimental.

Yeah idk if the beacon is off or what but if I'm at the lifepod on the sea floor it's 200 meters from the beacon. I went straight up to the surface and on the surface, where the beacon points to, it's still 130 meters away lol.

This is intentional and realistic of sorts. The coords are not so much a 'beacon' that's going off but GPS coords from the time the message was created. After it was created the lifepod sunk and drifted down. This is to make you explore the area more since there is a HUGE wreck there with lots of cool blueprints.

I agree this makes sense on paper but given that this is literally the only lifepod coordinates that are off, I don't think it's intentional.

Maybe. I'll check on my next survival playthrough on experimental and see if it's fixed.

its on the seafloor. maybe it was floating when the beacon went off. maybe the beacon is still on the surface. decend. and take a look around. this is the ocean. things happen lol.
