Creepy Black Figure
I was fabricating some plasteel ingots and then, the PDA subtitles had a music note on it. Then a black figure apparied and said, "Who are you?" Then it vanished. This did happen, but I cant find it on the wiki, on Youtube, or Google. So can someone please tell me what that thing was?

sounds like you had a message from the Sea Emperor, there are numerous message points through the game i got one when i picked up one of the artifacts

This happened to me as well. I've been searching and can't find it too... Looks like we're in the same boat!

You will find the blue artifact in Lava Castle, in the inactive lava zone. Dont forget 2 purple artifacts to enter in Lava Castle. Good luck

Those fish cause static sounds when they're nearby right? Any time I hear that I get the hell out of there. @Nokami: There is a fish in the ocean that will speak to you through your PDA and try to get you to swim towards it.

Those are mesmers. What OP is talking about is the Sea Emperor trying to communicate with you telepathically.
