Blue Artifact crafting?

Apparently the Blue Artifact is able to be crafted. Is there anywhere to find the recipe? I already used the first Blue Artifact from the Thermal Power Plant to get into the Primary Containment Facility. In order to progress deeper inside, I need another Blue. Did I miss another one somewhere, or do I have to craft it? If so, how? At the moment I can only craft the Purple Artifact.

if it can be crafted, not that ive heard that it can be, the recipe should be given by scanning the original like you did with the purple fragment

I had this same problem just now, I ended up resorting to using console commands to spawn a second one. Ironically at that point I got the crafting recipe

I already used the original, which I obtained before today's patch.

only option is to spawn one afaik, since you already used it. but if you hadn't, you could just have dropped it and picked it back up and you would have gotten the recpie for it.
