Having problem making the Repulsion Cannon

I have the Propulsion Cannon and the materials needed for the repulsion gun but it does not show up as a choice in the fabricator. What is the problem here?

You need to find the blueprint cartridge from one of the databoxes by the lfepods. Then use the modification station to build it.

Correct. The fabricator makes the propulsion cannon and the modification station will upgrade it to the propulsion cannon. The modiification station does upgrades on items.

I thought the blueprint was found in a data download in the lab room in the Aurora? Now it's in a data box?

Koosh's lifepod 12. I've never had to get it from the lab. I think that was older information. Or maybe they added another step, but the cartridge is by #12.

I got the blueprint in there but now in there no more. Too bad I already built one before the update. Same goes for all the things in the modification station.
