Where do I find the Vehicle Modification Station fragments?
I have been searching for the Vehicle Modificatio Station fragments for ages now but I just cannot find them, does anyone know where I can find them?

Fragments load somewhat randomly. Always look on the seabed. If you've tried all the grassy plains and kelp forest wrecks then move out to the wrecks in mushroom forest, sea treader's path, blood kelp, mountains, floating island, koosh, dune and grand reef. Also try the degassi bases. The one in jellyshroom caves seems to load a lot of the fragments you need and can't easily find. I've found full scanner room fragments on the floating island bases so try there too if you haven't already. Jellyshroom is your best bet if you've tried a bunch of wrecks.

Edited a bit as I misread which fragments you were looking for.

I have already tried out the jellyshroom and the floating island bases and no luck sadly, I am also pretty sure I have tried most of those areas and the wrecks in them and still no luck, something I have noticed recently though is I am going to completely new wrecks and find no fragments at all in the whole wreck... Is this something wrong?

The "no fragments in wrecks you haven't visited before" part is definitely a bug. It's been around for a while.

How many fragments do you have left? If it's just that one, then not getting fragments in new wrecks isn't that unusual. If you have lots left, then it's weird. It took me forever to find my last cyclops hull fragment. Almost all of the other were on the seabed floor. There are two mountain wrecks, you could try the second one. It's loaded with reapers though. It's a bit more north and more west than the first. I think you might be able to find it closer to home though. I think the vehicle modification frag was one of the first I found. So try all the grassy plains and kelp forest wrecks again. It's easy to miss one or two and I'm not sure the harder wrecks would load an easier fragment.

I still have a fair amount of fragments to get.

Oh, and I'm going to suggest you check to make sure you don't already have it. The reason I suggest this is because on my first game I tore out my hair trying to find that same fragment. My game stopped because I couldn't find it. I got so frustrated I tried to spawn the blueprints and it still wouldn't work. I gave up on the game and started a new one. When I got it in that game I realized I'd had the blueprint in the first game all along. I just scanned it in so early I didn't realize it and I just overlooked it. It didn't show up where I thought it would in the habitat builder so I was lost. It also explained why I had no luck cheating. :)

There's a console command called entreset I think. I believe that will reset everything in your game. You could also try to delete all of your cache files and see if the wrecks start loading properly. If you're not getting anything from those larger wrecks and you still have a lot to go that's a problem. If they don't load the desks and crates you know its real buggy.

Wait so will doing either entreset or deleting the cache files mess with my vehicles and base?

If you search for information on the deleting your cache files it will explain how to look for the batch files of your base so you don't delete them. I delete mine, but sometimes I have to go back and cut down some vines that are in my base. It won't remove your base or your vehicles. It will load in all the resources and fragments again like a new game. I haven't done the entreset, but I've read others using it. You apparently have to be in the water to do it. I think it just resets the entities that load in the game.

It took me a couple hours of searching but I finally found it myself in that purple biome with the floating purple ball lights. There was a very large piece of wreckage. It was below 200 meter so I had to park the seamoth straight down, use the sea glide to quickly get down into an open door and I had to equip the rebreather helmit. Even then I still almost didn't make it. However down in that wreck there was a room and a couple of sealed doors. All in these areas I found the parts to scan. I saved my game and actually cut through the doors but got turned around and died. Thankfully I was able to go back and get my seamoth. This is my first time actually building a base and being able to upgrade the seamoth and it is very cool. I renamed my seamoth "TUNA 1". :)

I only just saw this message and then checked my blueprints, turns out I already had it lol!

I found mine near the front left of the aurora. It is currently a very square box (not like regular fragment placeholders) along with the propulsion cannons. In my whole playthrough today, that was the only place I saw them spawn.

Same here. Was dumb luck that I looked at one a second and noticed the scanner icon in the corner and scanned the three of them right there.
