Teleporting seamoth bug

So I went to explore the sunbeam arrival site, forgetting that I needed water, and ended up dying out there. I took my seamoth with me, and the site was only about 1000 meters away. When I respawned though, my seamoth was 30000 meters away. Can I recover my seamoth without having to build a new one or going that large distance to find it?

good luck. I parked my seamoth and went down to the grand reef degrasi base when I came back it was glitched into the cieling

=) I ended up just restarting from my last save. I have close to all the resources needed to rebuilding it. I did try to make that journey though.

A reaper attacked me while I was in my seamoth and I jumped out, then the reaper disappeared and the seamoth teleported 400meters away and when I went to it it was inside the ground and got destroyed. ps: nice profile pic leMoosh, legend

I've seen a video, but I don't know how to fix it. The best option you have may be to turn that Seamoth beacon off and build a new one. :/
