Can't play scenes, load characters or do basically anything.

I can't load any of my characters, people say there's supposed to be arrows by the characters when you have the menu up, but there's no arrows.
All the options for playing scenes are grayed out, so all I can do is look at a premade character just standing there, and can't even change the body position because it struggles to snap back to default all the time.

How in the hell do you actually PLAY the game? Literally nothing works.
I am running through Steam VR and steam link to Meta Quest 3 if it even matters...

When it works it's good but most of the time is locking up PC and crashing. Same setup as you. Have to reboot PC every time it crashes.

What video card, processor, Ram and network protocol. Are you Airlinked or cabled?
