For Players Who Lose Progress When They Close The Game

From what we've seen, some computers have stopped the game from creating its save folder. If you're on PC, make sure the folder C:/Users/yourname/AppData/Local/Coin exists. And if it doesn't, create it and try running the game again; we've been told this fixes it.

This is still not work for me. I think it's because my account name includes hungarian accent character (Krisztián). That's why my game can't create a save folder. I check it.

OKAY, i think i found a solution...
So, i have two account in my computer. The first is includes non-english fonts (á), the second is includes normal fonts. So my game is not saving in my first account, beacuse it's includes a hungarian font (á). So the game is just only save on accounts with only english ABC fonts, beacuse the game can't recognized others. So, if you want to save, you need to change your account name, which contain only English letters.

I was playing this wonderful game tonight and all of a sudden the lights went out for a second. After that my progress has vanished, but the savefile in the appdata\local still exists. Is there any way to restore my progress?

If the file is there but the game is loading no progress, then the file may have somehow gotten reset (ie, it's as if you just started a new game and then saved). The best I can offer is confirmation if the save file has data if you email it to me at [e-mail]. It may be that you lost power at the precise moment it was opening the file to save, which would be highly improbable + astoundingly bad luck :(
