Are Power Mines Broken
Playing offline, single player and curious if others have come to this conclusion after recent patch(es)?

I understand they don't require tribesman any longer, however, the Power Mines are NOT sending resources.

1. Build wind mills. 200 power for the ropeway, 200 power for each power mine. I build all wind mills in a chain and all the power goes into the ropeway connection, not the power mines.
2. Build ropeway support + ropeway pillar all the way to the power mine.
3. Build power mine, connect it to ropeway support.
4. Bring employee to power mine using the deployment mode. End deployment to make employee selectable as caretaker of the power mine. Make sure employee has a pick.
5. Check transfer settings on power mine. Select send all option, every 10 minutes. Check that employee is working diligently before leaving.
6. Go back to ropeway base. Check transport settings. Check send specific items. Select 1 stone pick, 2 food, power mine receiver. Click confirm.
7. Add more wind mills, and continue ropeway from the power mine to the next one. Select same settings there.

The power mine is messy and unclear in implementation, but it does work in my experience.

Now, sorry if this seems like a 'have you tried turning it off and on again' reply, but it's an important step in troubleshooting.

I'm going to assume you've got it roped up. *But* have you actually opened it and set the transfer settings, that step still does need to be done.
In singleplayer, the mines aren’t working at all. I stood in front of one for half an hour and it didn’t generate any resources. Please use the in-game bug reporting tool to report this issue.
They don't require tribesmen in multiplayer. Solo play still requires them.

No worker can be assigned in singleplayer

Checked every possibility that I'm aware of and no dice. Have submitted a bug report and urge anyone experiencing the issue to do the same, thanks.
I have the same problem
I saw a video talking about how stuff it transfers can get stopped if anything is in the way. Even if you chop a tree down it will respawn and stop it so you have to have clear line of site at all times.
Mine is has been working fine since 1.0 launched, no problems at any point.

Are you making sure that it is receiving 200 power from windmills on the network?
Does the assigned tribesman have mining picks?
I don't know where you heard that it doesn't require a tribesman anymore, mine certainly do.
Trees don't block resources from passing through, they only block players from riding the ropeway through them
You need two windmills now if not connected to a network
mine is running fine with two windmills to power it and no tribe on it, all the loot goes into the sending box.
