Unable unlock skin decoration in Mask Decor Table

I have unlocked "Flint Tribe's everyday costume" and I have all needed materials to unlock this skin decoration in Mask Decor Table. But when I press "Unlock" it says: "Insufficient materials"

I have solved the problem: in order to unlock skin decoration in Mask Decor Table you have to place materials into the tables inventory. After that 'Unlock' button works properly. If the materials are in your inventory, the button "unlock" will have no effect.

by, 'unlocked' do you mean deterring a tribe's craftsman/porter? and, if so, which barracks/place did you find said flint tribe craftsman/porter?
