Also, I can confirm something is odd with some of the likes/dislikes. My character has an aversion to dancing, and it seems to randomly trigger at times when I’m out exploring or raiding enemy barracks, where there is no one around dancing at all.
I give every new tribe member 2 fruit teas right from the start to boost their mood. If necessary, you can add another one later and that's it.
I think your buff/debuff bug most likely comes from the Unreal 4 engine. All open world games I have with this engine have problems with temporary calculations. Beautiful graphics engine, lousy script engine.
After the last patch, nothing has changed in my mood, it's always around 800 for all tribe members.
Yesterday while playing with the character who hates alpacas i noticed that the debuff only activated when i interacted with any other animal next to the alpaca including monkeys or parrots, which doesn't make sense since i didn't interact with the alpaca, i didn't get to test the ones that have a taste/dislike for a certain temperature or weapons of a certain type but apparently it's normal, although i thought that the mood buffs and debuffs are activating faster than they were before this update, sometimes as soon as the mood buff/debuff ends it reactivates right away, especially the debuffs.
