Editing dedicated server GameXishuConfig and server difficulty

Has anyone figured out how to get their dedicated server to read the GameXishuConfig file? I want to change the cap of tribe recruitment from the 30 cap that the in-game slider has to 50. But I can't get any change I make in the Json file to work.

In another post a guy said he managed to get it to work by changing the difficulty of the server from Normal to Custom. How do I change difficulty in the bat file? Do I just add "-custom"?

Don't edit the ini after you start the server. All of the server settings are saved in the world.db once it is created.

If you want to edit the settings after starting the server, use the GM panel.

1. Open the console. Type: gm key <password>
2. In the box at the bottom of the screen, enter your password again and click the button "Become the Admin"
3. Now you can open the sliders menu and your adjustments will take effect.
