PSA: Work Priority is Important

Make sure you are setting the priorities that tribesmen do their work properly. You can drag the individual orders up or down the list. You can also click on Manage Crafting Tables and order the individual workstations by dragging them as well.

An example of why it is important:
You have a tribesman set to mine tin and smelt tin ingots. You put smelting first, and mining second. What happens?

They will try to smelt the ore, see they do not have any and move on to the next task.
They will go hit one ore node once.
Now they have enough to smelt one ingot (first priority) So they return to do that.
Now they run out and hit an ore node again.
Run back and smelt one ingot.
Rinse and repeat. What a tremendous waste of time with all of the running.

However, if you have mining as the first priority, they will mine everything in the area, then smelt that while the nodes respawn.
