2. Basically; get an enemy to below 20% health, then 'Deter' them <E> with your mask (Basically get close, target them and you should get the E popup option). This effectively knocks them out. Then open their inventory, give them broth/mushroom soup/some-other-liquid-food/drink, so they don't starve/dehydrate, and bandage their wounds. You do both these things by putting the items in their inventory, then using them. After that carry them home, and put them on a bed (not necessary) to rest, and make sure they don't starve/die (basically look at them and you'll get a pop-up of their particulars). When their recognition reaches 500, you'll have the option (Hold E) to add them to your tribe if you have capacity. Now you have a new tribe member :)
3. Farming - you basically do it yourself in my experience until you can make a Granary. Put the seeds in your hotbar you want to plant, then go to your farm and plant them (green icon for good, red for too close to other seedling, etc). Give the farm water and whatever fertilizer is needed for that crop to grow, and monitor. The fertilizer needed for growth is in the seed tooltip usually.
Once you can make a granary it become much easier, once you assign one of your tribe to the Granary.
4. Fishing, I haven't tried yet, but I assume it's similar in function to catching pets/animals.
