Cashew Seeds and Food

Where can I find cashew seeds and the cashews (food)?

I found them up where the llamas are and the wolves spawn which is North of starting area and NE of Pyramid, their are lvl 30 enemies in that area

Also there are some at the Flint Tribe Barracks way down south and west of the rainforest after the marshes on that island.

Did you just harvest plants and randomly get them, or are they obtained a particular way?

I take it in boxes/chests?

The ones at the flint tribe barracks I found growing in the plots outside and also inside in those baskets that you break.

The barracks on the island is also lower level so a lot easier to get when you are just venturing out of the rainforest area.

Ah...was looking everywhere for seeds...thanks. By chance, do you know where guava is obtained?

You can use tab and craft the seeds manually also from the cashews. First place I found guava was at the barbarian barracks on the southwest islands they were growing it there.
