Elephant Platform Saddle Has Decay!!!

So when testing the elephant platform saddle i noticed that everything placed on it decays and you can't build bonfires on it so everything rots away by the time you come back from an adventure, should make the elephant saddle have a bonfire aura.

WTFO? I just tamed one and built the saddle platform solely for this purpose. I mean, why have one if it's gonna be rotted out upon return from a run

yeah the pain is real, I spent about 2 hours placing stuff and making look all nice. Went on a small adventure and noticed that things started to decay off the back of it half way through. Then find out you can't remove the platform saddle....
