Toggle run

Is there really no toggle to run? Or is it that I just cant find it? My left pinky is getting cramps for holding down shift all the time

I don't think there is an always run toggle currently. Use your ring finger on the shift key? That's what I do.

Many keyboards have programmable keys so maybe that's an option?
