Mine are pooping like crazy. Eventually I'll have too much. I had the breeding farm and Capy pen separated by a bit and that didn't seem to work, so try moving them if it isn't working.
I had a small hill between mine. Also the pen was right on the border of where the bonfire protection ends. So make sure that it is fully inside the protected area. You can turn on to show the area at the bonfire.
It doesn't seem to really start producing poop until you have 12 in the pen.
First time I made the pen, I didn't add food and water. I think the assigned tribesman should fill those, but I fill the water and food to start out, just to be sure they are good. Looking at a capy in the pen should say if they have enough food and water. I think it says satisfied or unsatisfied as a status for the capy's in the pen.
Although some of the rates in the game I'm playing currently are adjusted as some of the requirements for building certain items are... Well... Less than reasonable if you don't plan to be playing the game every day for the next decade 😂unfortunately you can't specifically set the poop generation rate 😂😂😂
I do have 4 capybara pens and, not the max amount, but most positions of tribes people filled as well.
My problem is having too much.
