Skins and Blueprints

So clearing Barracks and Fortresses, I have come across some blue prints and skins, and when i use. learn them it tells me that I have unlocked these items, yet I can't seem to find or use them.

What I found:

Retroreflector Costume Blueprint

Claw Advanced Costume Blueprint (not sure if this is a skin or not, but if i go to the armor bench I can't craft this set even though I used one of these blueprints, I have 2.

Skins are activated in "Mask Decor Table".

Figured as much yet the skins I have learned does not appear there

The boss costume blueprints are gender specific. The Retroreflector costume blueprint is only available to female tribesmen. Every skin available to each gender is located in the Mask Decor Table. Male tribesmen have 2 boss costume blueprints.
