Tribesmen
Little question here. I am playing on a private server and I wanted to know how to increase my tribesmen limit in the game. I did increase to the max the setting of tribesmen onto my server, but what I need to know is how to increase the total amount in the game. Is it something related to the mask or something else that will make the max 18 I have now in the game to change to a higher value? Like I am now 16/18 tribesmen tamed how do I make it change 16/30 or 16/40?

Thank you

You can jump the amount of tribesmen by filling up the mask abilities in the top rows under the big pyramid ones on top. One will advance from 3 to 13 then jump to 100+

Hello,

OK I am looking at the huge mask icon on the left end side of the Y page. Under the huge mask icon it say's: Rich and mask level 10. The mask level is not up yet it's totally empty. Above the mask icon it say's: Mask energy: 1500/1500. As for all of the icons on the right end side of the huge mask icon they all have been repaired excet for the 3 last bosses icons. The first 2 bosses icons have been fully repaired.

So my question is still: how do I increase the total amount of my tribesmen from 18/18 right now to 18/30 let's say? What do I ned to do to change the 18 total amount to 30 total amount of tribesmen.

You have the x/y amounts. The Y is in the game settings. There are 3 levels that correspond to what you level when you press Y. Look for the words Strong Compatibility Module about half way through the settings. For a fully leveled mask, you can set the Lv.3 to 100 for the maximum tribesman you can have.

The X is controlled by the level Connection Enhancement node for Mask Repair sets which amount of the 3 levels of tribesman set in the game settings.

Keep in mind, each node may have more than one level of repair. A common beginner mistake is to think each can be repaired just once (true for some, but some can be repaired as many as 9 times, 9 levels).

The problem I'm having is that the level of the mask stays at 10. Won't go up further.

Thank you

No mask goes above level 10. Not sure why you think that has anything to do with the number of tribesman (it doesn't).

Try playing single player to understand how this works. One problem with this game is that when you play on a private server there is no way to see the server settings. This leaves you having to deduce the settings based on what you see in game. Of course to do that, you need to thoroughly understand how they work. So either experiment with them in single player, ask here, or ask your admin of the private server.

So for reference, I've admin'd my own server, played single player, played coop, played a number of private servers. Many private servers advertise their settings, but even if they do, they don't list them all (typically the main ones and the ones they changed). Many private server admins don't seem to even know how their own settings are set. I've seen this more than once.

I also have a GPortal server. They have a web configuration page that helps out. When you have your own server PC, you have to use the in game configuration. For that, you need to open the console and then become admin. You then get a UI that has all the settings that is similar to what you see for single player that is not in game. Downside to this method is that an admin has to login with a character to change game settings. They can't just do it with anything that displays a web page like you can with the GPortal Soulmask server.
