How to connect a mod in a local game?

How to connect a mod in a local game? Step by step, please. I made a directory "mods", added a mod to it. But I don't see it in the menu. What else should I do?

Mods are saved at ...\Soulmask\WS\Mods
If you have subscribed to a mod, you still have to enable it in the main menu under mods.

Depends on where you get the mod. Nexus mods have a different requirements compared to Steam Workshop mods.

For Steam Workshop Mods, it just requires you subscribe to the mod and enable it in the main menu. It is not necessary to make a mod directory or add a mod to it.
