they added a skin system but you can't transmog single armor pieces, it's a complete armor skin

It includes 1 female boss armor skin, 2 male boss armor skins, and all of the tribal armor skins and is found in the decor table. It doesn't include any of the crafted armor options or the random dungeon armor options.

Also, it requires finding blueprints in the various npc tribe barracks and fortresses, then unlocking the outfit in the decor table with a bunch of tribal paint and tribal cloth.
